Competition Rules
- Prize draws and competitions are open to anyone over the age of 18 based in the UK except for employees of The Royal Horticultural Halls & Conference Centre and connected companies.
- All competitions and prize draws are free to enter. However participants are expected to pay their own cost of connecting to the web site, or where competitions are phone based, the standard cost of the phone call or SMS message.
- Winners of the competition will be notified by e-mail within two weeks of the closing date of the competition. Should the e-mail bounce, an attempt to contact the winner will also be made by phone. If contact cannot be made within one month, the prize will be lost. Prizes will be sent by default to the customer's registered address. It is the winner's responsibility to notify The Royal Horticultural Halls & Conference Centre of any change in address.
- Prizes may be offered by The Royal Horticultural Halls & Conference Centre or by other companies and these prizes may appear across other web sites and other advertising media. The Royal Horticultural Halls & Conference Centre makes all efforts to ensure that only bona fide prizes are offered. However where a prize is offered in conjunction with another company and the other company withdraws or fails to provide it, The Royal Horticultural Halls & Conference Centre will not provide the prize itself.
- Unless otherwise stated, The Royal Horticultural Halls & Conference Centre reserves the right to substitute a cash amount for the chosen prize or a substantially equivalent value. This is at the discretion of The Royal Horticultural Halls & Conference Centre. Otherwise prizes are as stated.
- Winners of the prize draws and competitions will be displayed on the web site as title surname area e.g. Mr Jones from Cardiff.
- Competitions may be subject to additional rules. If so, these additional rules will be listed in the special terms and conditions buttons on the relevant competition entry page.
- Registration for The Royal Horticultural Halls & Conference Centre is also subject to our privacy policy.
