We have a range of equipment available for you to use for your event. When using our equipment we will always make sure that it is set up ready for you to use. If you require any additional equipment we have a couple of AV companies that we work with and recommend, which you can find in the recommended suppliers section.

  • Each room has an LCD Projector installed.
    Cost - £245 in Lecture Theatre, £120 in rooms 21 - 33.
  • Additional flipcharts - £20 each
  • Lapel/Handheld microphones - £40
  • Sound mixer, required if using more than 4 microphones in the Lecture Theatre only. £60
  • Laptop computer - £140
  • Wireless Internet Access Card - £5 per hour, £25 per day
  • Video Player - £40
  • DVD Player - £40
  • 28" Wide Screen Television - £70
  • Lectern - £85 (complementary in the lecture theatre)
  • Technician - £280 per day
All prices are subject to VAT at 17.5%
