We have a range of equipment available for you to use for your event. When using our equipment we will always make sure that it is set up ready for you to use. If you require any additional equipment we have a couple of AV companies that we work with and recommend, which you can find in the recommended suppliers section.

Event Management Services

Sound

The Lindley Hall is equipped with two sound systems. The first is a PA system which is designed to look after applications such as general announcements to exhibitions or shows, or background music.

The second is available for hire, and can be supplemented with additional equipment as necessary. This is suitable for high quality speech and music.

Lighting


The Lindley Hall is fitted with two lighting systems - pin spots and wash fixtures. The 40 white pin spot lights can be angled in any direction required. The primary use for these is to light individual banqueting tables. Eight intelligent lighting fixtures provide colour washing to allow lighting of the arches, ceiling panels or floor areas.

Two lighting fixtures provide flexibility for use of gobos to display patterns or logos. For more detailed information about this please refer to the Lindley Hall Information Pack.
