Shopping
From the moment you arrive at Victoria station a shopping experience unfolds before you, from Victoria Place within the station to Cardinal Place off Victoria Street to House of Fraser and Strutton Ground market. Classic High Street names are all within moments of our facility.

Markets
Strutton Ground and Pimlico markets are both open Monday to Friday, and are just minutes away from the venue. They provide an ideal opportunity for those of you visiting the area to experience the delights these markets have to offer.

Restaurants
A Café Bar is located in the Lawrence Hall, offering a delectable selection of sandwiches and hot meals, during event open times. During exhibitions there may also be coffee stations placed throughout the show. Catering is supplied by Leith's.

From Michelin star restaurants such as Petrus to street cafes, SW1 has all the offsite dining requirements you could possibly want.

Venue Access Information for visitors with both mobility impairments and sensory disabilities
Ramps are provided for wheelchair access at both the Lawrence Hall main entrance doors and the Conference Centre side glass doors entrances. From here, access can be made to each level of the venue using the passenger lifts. Oversized wheelchairs and electronic scooter users should make themselves known to a member of reception staff prior to entering the building. Three wheelchairs are available on site if necessary. A bell is located at the bottom of the steps to the Conference Centre should you wish to alert the attention of one of our members of staff.

Parking
There are no designated disabled parking bays outside the Halls. Parking is metered, further information can be found in our . 

Westminster Council have installed Pay by Phone Parking Meters outside the Halls.

Blue Badge Holders - Please visit Westminster City Council's website to view the map of disabled parking bays around Vincent Square.

We work in partnership with the APCOA car park on Horseferry Road (100 metres from the venue) and are happy to offer a discounted day rate of £12.00 (including VAT) or £7.50 for up to 6 hours.  Please find a booking form in our .  In order to obtain your discount, please take the completed form with you when using the car park.

Toilets
Each venue has toilet facilities which are accessible by lift and have been fully adapted for wheelchair access.

Hearing Assistance
An induction loop is installed throughout the facility. Please set your hearing aid to 'T'.

Assistance Dogs
All assistance dogs are welcome. Halls staff should be contacted in person on arrival if you have special concerns or requirements.

Stair Climbing Wheelchair Carriers
For all events, the "stairmate" (a portable wheelchair stair lift) is available for use for safe climbing and descent of the Lawrence Hall stairs. Wherever the carrier is used, its controls and inherent safety enable it to be operated by one member of staff, all of whom have accredited/certified training.
