We are delighted to announce that the RHH has gained the Investors in People (IiP) accreditation. After a tremendous amount of hard work from all our staff over the past year, this achievement is a reflection of our dedication to continuous improvement.

The IiP assessor commented that the RHH has achieved a level of consistency in the way people are managed and the competency of our managers, saying: “You were clearly serious about what you needed to do. You have actually done everything you said you would do in your action plan, which is not common practice!”
