As part of our drive to ensure the highest level of customer care, our staff recently completed a series of rigorous training courses demonstrating the RHH’s commitment to the Continuous Professional Development of its employees.
Maugie Lyons, sales and marketing director at the Halls, says: “Professional people have a responsibility to keep their skills and knowledge up to date and staff training is a key part of the RHH ethos. Training helps us all do a better job. It’s an investment that makes people feel valued and so helps staff retention; it sets standards, so everyone knows what is expected of them; and best of all, it can turn an average employee into a star performer.”
The training was carried out by The Creative Edge Training Company and was attended by all levels from management through to catering.
