Maserati launch Gran TurismoMaserati launch Gran Turismo

There was much anticipation in the build-up to the reveal and as the lights dimmed, supermodel and Maserati racing driver Jodie Kidd signalled for the vehicle to be unveiled. The silk sheet that had been draped over the graceful lines of the car was promptly raised and the GranTurismo was free to render the guests speechless.

This is not the first time the Halls have been used to greet the arrival of a new Maserati – many of the company’s new product launches are held here.

The event saw more than 800 guests attend over two evenings, including Pink Floyd drummer Nick Mason, who arrived at the Halls in his Maserati Quattroporte, Vice-President of CNH Global Eduardo Teodorani Fabbri, financier Arpad Busson, art gallery owner Tim Jeffries and Snatch and Casino Royale actor Ade. Also on display was an executive GT version of the Quattroporte Automatic, flanked by a 1953 Maserati A6GCS, one of only four in the world.
